We aim to have your order delivered within 2 - 3 working days. If your order has not been received within this time, please contact us.
Orders will not be shipped on public holidays or weekends unless specifically requested. 
All items are shipped by NZ Post.

Shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. 
Shipping is free for all gift vouchers. 

International Shipping:
Please note shipping is only available to New Zealand addresses.

 If ‘local pick up’ is selected at check out, this means the item will be available to pick up from Elle’s clinic location. An email will be sent to you post payment, to let you know when the item is ready for pick up.
